House Rules

We hope you enjoy your stay with us at Local Goat ATV Resort. We want you to feel right at home. Please ensure you and your guests abide by the following rules to keep our resort safe and looking great!

  • No smoking allowed inside cabins.

  • Please remove excessively soiled clothing and boots outside, before entering the cabin.

  • Please be cautious and do not cause damage to our cabin or property.

  • Place all trash in the cans provided.

  • All bed and bath linens are provided for your comfort during your visit. To avoid being charged for them, be sure to leave all linens in cabin upon departure.

  • Our cabins are pet friendly. Please contact us for more information.

Reservation Policy

The following policies are enforced for all reservations and cancellations regardless of circumstances. We cannot be responsible for inclement weather, work schedules, etc.

Cabin Reservation Policy

Cabin must be rented for a minimum three (3)-night stay. If our schedule shows two days available between stays, and you would like to book a shorter visit, please call us directly. We may be able to accommodate your request.

Full payment for your cabin rental is due at the time of scheduling your stay. This amount is only refundable (minus a $50 deposit) if requested at least seven (7) days before your scheduled arrival. No refunds will be issues without at least seven (7) days’ notice.

Check In:  Check in is 2:00 pm. Please call or text us one hour prior to your anticipated arrival and we will meet you at your cabin.

Check Out: Check out time is 10:30 am.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must call to cancel it at least 7 days before your scheduled check in date. Call us at (304) 784-0836. If no one is available, please leave your name and number so that we can return your call. You may also send us an email requesting a cancellation. Your reservation is NOT cancelled until you receive confirmation via email from our office. Emails should be sent to [email protected].

If you paid your full stay online or over the phone, we will issue a refund (minus your deposit) within 30 days if your cancellation is made at least 7 days before your visit. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying the entire amount.


We accept only one discount per customer. No other discounts or coupons accepted with the club discounts nor with other coupons or other discount programs or offers.

The person making the reservation will be charged for any damages or cleaning fees at the prevailing rate including labor and materials.
